Shared accommodation available with other attendees. We have secured several air BNB houses within walking distance of the venue (1.0 to 1.6 km walk: 15 to 25 mins).
Each with a full kitchen, laundry, living room etc in the bedside suburbs of Cooks Hill and The Junction, also close walk to restaurants and coffee shops, and walking distance to CBD. They are all offered as a three night minimum (Thursday, Fri and Sat night) ie the full duration of the main conference program. We have one that is available 4 or 5 nights for those doing the workshops as well (additional Wednesday night and Sunday night).
Airport transfers are offered from these houses on Thursday morning and Monday morning (see our transfers information here)
Distance from venue will be allocated on the basis of need, with those with health issues requiring a shorter walk given priority. Please let us know and also let us know who you’d prefer to share with for twin rooms or larger groups.
Prices are our cost price so discounts are not available (including early bird).
